Our exclusive Labradoodle boarding program is available only to Heritage Manor Labradoodle families and guardian homes, giving you peace of mind knowing your dog is cared for by people who know their temperament, needs, and personalities.

Meet Megan Theis,

Megan is one of those rare people who truly understands dogs - and the people who love them. A trusted friend to Heritage Manor Labradoodles and a valued part of our extended HML family, Megan brings dedication, kindness, and reliability to everything she does.

Alongside her husband, Eric, and adult daughter, Sarah, Megan welcomes HML dogs into her Westside Cleveland home for boarding. It is a comfortable, peaceful environment where each Labradoodle is cared for with attentiveness and genuine affection.

Megan's family shares their home with two retired Heritage Manor Labradoodles - playful, lovable Cannoli and Mabel, who are beautiful examples of the Australian Labradoodle: intelligence, loyal, gentle and simply remarkable.

Megan cares for every Labradoodle as if they were her own - because to her, they truly are part of the family. In her non-smoking home, your Australian Labradoodle will enjoy a secure, fenced-in backyard for playtime, games of fetch, and exercise with Megan, Eric, and Sarah. At the end of the day, each doodle settles comfortably for the night in a cozy crate, ensuring a safe and peaceful rest.

All Heritage Manor Labradoodles boarding with Megan must be crate-trained prior to their stay.

Boarding Requirements

To ensure the health and safety of every Labradoodle in our care, we require that all boarding families provide updated health records prior to their dog's stay.

Before drop-off, the following records must  be emailed to Megan Theis. These records are required before drop off and will remain on file for future visits.

When necessary, oral medications may be administered with clear instructions provided by your veterinarian.

Required documentation includes:

  • Current vaccination records, including Rabies and Bordetella.
  • Verification of current Flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

 

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Requirements

All boarding stays are scheduled in advance to ensure each Labradoodle receives personalized attention and care. Drop-off and pick-up times are coordinated directly with Megan to accommodate your travel plans and maintain a calm, consistent routine for every dog.

Please plan ahead as reservations are limited and fill quickly. Megan is happy to provide guidance on what to bring for your doodle's stay to make their visit as comfortable and familiar as possible.

RATES

Day Rate per Puppy/Dog 6 months and older: $60/day (or any part of said day)

Day Rate per Puppy under 6 months of age: $75/day (or any part of said day)

Holiday Rate per puppy/dog: $90/day (or any part of said day)

Holiday Rates Applicable for the following dates in November/December 2025

November 26th through November 30th, 2025

December 23rd through January 2nd, 2025

TERMS

50% deposit required to secure and reserve dates

Cancellation policy – Must be notified seven days prior to arrival date for refund of deposit.

Cancellations within seven days of reservation, deposit is non-refundable

No shows deposit is non-refundable

Balance due for entire reservation when your Companion Pet begins their stay.

There is a 3-night minimum stay required over holidays
